Refurbishment
The hotel’s design will be created by local architects Arvo Arquitectura de Juan and the interior design will be conceived by Madrid’s Rockwell Group. The refurbished building will feature 139 rooms which will include two floors each, all with external terraces, whereas the lower floors of the building will host the public spaces such as a lobby bar, a restaurant and several areas for the body and mind’s well-being.
Millenium Hotels Real Estate’s president, Javier Illán, showed his satisfaction with the acquisition of this historical asset, which reflects the company’s investment focus, seeking unique properties to convert them into the best luxury hotels within the best areas of the main cities, operated by the best brands.
