The project consists in rehabilitating the iconic AXA building in Alicante, which was acquired by Group Marjal from Aliseda at the end of last year.
The building has a total 2.500 sqm spread across 7 floors, 350 sqm of which should be destined to common areas and also an external common area, which will include a gym and a bar.
The facade will be covered with native red fruit plants, which constitutes the main source of nourishment for the local birds.
According to EjePrime, the project was included, by the municipality, in a set of priority licensing for projects of interest, which generate wealth and jobs in the municipality.
