Under the motto “Retail Remixed: Rethinking Spaces and Places”, the moment of change which is taking place within the segment, where the commercial spaces are reinventing themselves so as to include leisure, culture and food, was analysed.
Spain had more than 50 exhibitors. Among them, the Asociación Española de Centros y Parques comerciales (Spanish Association of Shopping Centres and Business Parks) -AECC, Castellana Properties, Kronos, aRetail, Servar and theleisureway. Bogaris also presented several projects, such as the one it is developing in Portugal or the Costco in Las Rozas.
The Spanish Conference was included in the program and gathered an audience of more than one hundred. Eduardo Ceballos, president of the AECC, was the conference’s moderator. The round table included experts from Cushman & Wakefield, Five Guys, Kronos Investment Group and DWS.
One of the conclusions drawn from this event was that retail is a segment in constant evolution and we need to adapt to the customers’ new needs, which is why it is so important to invest in renewal.
