The vehicle will focus on the purchase of offices in some of the major European markets, such as Germany, France, the Netherlands, Italy or Luxembourg, according to the Spanish Real Estate. The idea is to achieve returns of 4% and 6% a year, diversifying the portfolio of these entities.
Mapfre already has in Spain a portfolio of buildings in Madrid, such as Plaza de La Independencia 6, or in Barcelona, as is the case of Torre Mapfre.
