The main activity of the sixteenth company to join MAB this year is the «acquisition, management and leasing of urban real estate, mainly offices and commercial, directly as well as through stakes in other SOCIMI or Real Estate Funds», summed up MAB, which also added that Mansfield has a « relevant stake in the equity» of La Finca, a REIT which specialises in the office segment and which entered MAB in July.
