The announcement was made by its current owner Pedro Trapote, Trapote Group’s CEO, this Tuesday. Currently its 3.200 sqm usable area is a venue estimated at 25 million euro, reveals newspaper Expansión.
The current owner is considering negotiating the asset and placed Spanish consultant TC Gabinete Inmobiliario in charge of advising the operation, which should follow the sale&leaseback model so that Pedro Trapote can maintain his current activity in the building.
This asset, located at number 11 Barceló street, was designed by architect Luis Gutiérrez and built in the 1930s.
