According to the 8th of April’s edition of BOCM (Community of Madrid’s Official Journal), the Madrid city hall placed on sales, through a public tender, a lot composed by six parcels qualified for industrial and tertiary use and located in Iveco-Pegaso’s former factory, where the municipal government wishes to create a large logistic park.
The six plots of land placed on sale have a total combined area of 45.082 sqm and a buildable area of 101.219 sqm. The entire lot is part of APR 20.07 Iveco-Pegaso – belonging to the San Blas district – and the initial bidding price surpasses 21.820 million euro, TVA not included.
The bidding deadline is 10th of May.
