The process was concluded last Friday with a reference amount of 23 euro per share, which represents an 8.77 million euro company valuation, as revealed by MAB.
Gavari has a portfolio with 153 housing units and 3 commercial spaces located in Malaga, Madrid and Getafe. The portfolio is estimated at 15.5 million euro.
The company was established in 2018 and its main activity is renting housing urban buildings located in big cities and provincial capitals. Its focus is on high yield traditional rental housing projects as well as on university coliving. One of those projects is Carlos III.
According to the same document, this is the third REIT to join MAB in 2020 alone.
