This industrial complex is being built by Goodman and will have Amazon as the tenant for its 200.000 sqm area. According to EjePrime, the purchase deal for this asset might be closed for around 200 million euro, representing a return above 4.5%.
It should be reminded that, recently, Amazon sold its logistic assets in Prat de Llobregat, in Barcelona, to the South Korean sovereign fund, in an operation which is part of the acquisition of a European portfolio.
