The information was advanced by Paula Almansa, co-founder and CEO of the company, to EjePrime, according to which Loom is currently closing the launch of its 3rd coworking in Spain, at nº 38 Calle Don Ramón de la Cruz, in Salamanca, Madrid, which will open between May and June.
«The coworking industry still has a long way to go, but it is also true that lately there have been many new coworking spaces opening up with very high rents», explains Almansa, who also believes that «we have to know how to take advantage of the moments of crisis to attract more users».
The announcement comes 1 year after Merlin bought 31% of Loom, and it has now decided to merge it with Twisttt, a brand it created for the coworking area in 2017. The Spanish REIT is thus the main landlord of the company belonging to Paula and Jose Almansa, which already opened 3 coworking spaces in Madrid. In the long term, the company does not discard opening spaces in Lisbon.
