This is an initiative organised by Iberian Property and Real Asset Media which will feature an exclusive interview with the Minister of State, Economy and Digital Transition Pedro Siza Vieira on the role real estate will play in the recovery of the Portuguese economy; and it will also feature ex-European Commissioner for Investigation, Science and Innovation Carlos Moedas, who will reflect on the acceleration of certain trends in Europe.
Representatives from some of the main consultants active in Portugal - Eric Van Leuven, Head of Portugal at Cushman & Wakefield, Francisco Horta e Costa, Managing Director Portugal at CBRE and Paulo Silva, Head of Country Portugal at Savills – will also be present and promise to analyse this market from several different perspectives investigating with fine-toothed comb indicators and segment changes.
Amongst the several real estate segments, the housing segment was chosen to be the subject of the main debate in a session which will host Fernando Vasco Costa, Managing Director, Nexity Portugal, Cristóbal de Castro, Managing Director at Albatross Capital and Luís Gamboa, VIC Properties’ COO, who will reflect on where, how and under which models to invest.
Hotel The One - Palácio da Anunciada will be the venue for this initiative, which will be supported by Abreu Advogados, CBRE, Cushman & Wakefield, Explorer Investments, FS Capital, Grupo SIL, Merlin Properties, Millennium bcp, Morais Leitão, Norfin, Câmara Municipal do Porto, Refundos, Savills and Square Asset Management.
