Since its entry into Spain, Lidl has invested more than €2 600 million in the country. This year alone, it has closed investments of more than €300 million.
These are non-strategic assets, which Lidl will put on sale or to rent, focusing on other areas, such as the purchase of new plots and the search for new stores or logistics assets. "We are a company totally flexible in the search, whether for plots, central places in large towns, shopping centers municipal markets: we are open to negotiate in scheme of purchase, rental or right to the surface", explains the group, quoted by EjePrime.
