Cerealis was owner of the property for almost 20 years, since it had acquired Nacional. It now disposes this convent and the urbanization project by Tomas Salgado.

Its implementation “requires specific knowledge and skills which do not fit within the group's strategy. Stephane Delplancq, manager of Larfa, is also quoted in the statement, ensuring "the intention to continue investing in the Convento's event activity on a long-term basis. Our group will proceed with implementation of the urban project”.
