After the different authorizations and positive reports from the competent authorities and bodies, such as those relating to new accesses and environmental, Lar España has achieved the approval to begin the construction of the complex by 26 July. It’s expected that the construction process to be extended for about two years, and Palmas Altas shall open its doors in 2019. The total investment will reach €250 million.
Palmas Altas will be the biggest shopping and entertainment area in the city, with a total surface of 123.500 m2, of which 100.000 correspond shopping and entertainment area with a lake and leisure activities for the families.
With this permit, Lar España materialize a planned development for PGOU Seville. "Palmas Altas is a singular and strategic project, which will complement current commerce with a new, modern and competitive format. We believe this will be a reference in commercial and entertainment activity nationally and internationally”, says José Antonio García, Manager of Lar Shopping Centers.
