Currently, the REIT’s portfolio is constituted by 3 business parks and 3 office buildings, which have a total combined area of 220.000 sqm. These assets are estimated at 725 million euro.
According to Spanish newspaper El Confidencial, the company will enter MAB with an estimated value of 170 million euro.
And, according to newspaper Cinco Días, this transition should be advised by Deloitte, EY, Renta 4 and Pinsent Masons España.
