This project from Kronos will have a 35 million euro investment and will occupy a commercial area of 25.000 sqm. The project will be developed in two stages, with the first stage expected to be finished by the Spring of 2022.
Way Cáceres will be a commercial park which will host the sector’s main operators with an offer of food and leisure, including cinemas, operators with the latest concepts in terms of entertainment and the main restaurant chains as well as the presence of local operators. Amongst the confirmed brands, the highlight goes to Decathlon with a 3.000 sqm store.
The project will have an innovative, high-quality design from architect Enrique Bardají, as pointed out by Kronos’ CEO, Saïd Hejal, «Way Cáceres brings a new concept of commercial space to the city that the locals had been asking for. The quality, design and uniqueness will come together to create innovative spaces, on which to interact and share experiences».
This will be the third WAY project in Spain. The first is located in Dos Hermanas, in Seville, and it is expected to open during the second quarter of 2020 and the second, located in Ourense, will open during the second quarter of 2021. In total, the three commercial parks represent an investment of more than 120 million euro for a total commercial area of 91.700 sqm.
