Kronos Homes launched its first project in Navarre, Naos, a 126 dwelling complex designed by Navarrese architecture studio, Tabuenca-Saralegui y Asociados and marketed by Abaigar.
The project will represent a 68 million euro investment and will create 200 direct and indirect jobs. Naos, which will be located in Barañáin, is composed of 2,3 and 4 bedroom dwellings with wide terraces, gardens on the ground floor and attics with panoramic views.
Kronos’ CEO Saïd Hejal, said: «The Naos project is part of our strategy as barrio creators. Beyond creating an avant-garde housing project; we want to develop the potential of one of the areas with more visibility in Pamplona. In order to achieve it, we want to implement improvements such as building a new access which will benefit all the neighbours».
Currently, Barañáin only has one way in and out and Kronos is negotiating so as to improve the municipality accessibility. The proposal is to create a new access which will connect with Landaben estate and the bypass.
With Naos, Kronos Holmes has 23 projects being marketed, plus the ones it currently owns in Spain (in the regions of Catalonia, Community of Madrid, Castille and Leon, Andalusia and the Valencian Community) and in Portugal (in the Algarve and Lisbon).
