The terrain, located at Playa de Aro (Gerona), on the waterfront, will be used to build 109 prime apartments. The project will represent a 42 million euro investment.
aCapital, real estate consultant, carried out the commercial intermediation to finalise the sale.
Kronos Homes, Kronos’ real estate housing development brand, charged architecture studio Ricardo Bofill with the design of its future housing project.
«Commissioning Ricardo Bofill confirms our bet on design and architecture, working with the country’s architectural references», highlighted Kronos’ CEO, Saïd Hejal.
Ricardo Bofill had already worked with the company in the design of Ikon, Valencia’s tallest residential building. The architecture studio wanted to point out that «this project completes the Playa de Aro waterfront with a contemporary, simple, technological and sustainable architecture adapted to the place».
