The senior residence is located at la Carolina (Jaén) in Andalusia and its management will be carried out by company Seniors which has 696 residences of this type and 130 day care centres under its management.
The name of the seller was not disclosed and according to El Economista this operation is still pending approval from the competition authority.
This investment is in line with the activity carried out by the French group last year, which included expanding its senior housing portfolio through the acquisition of 7 high-end long-term care nursing homes in Malaga, in January and 6 further geriatric centres located in Mallorca from Corpfin Capital at the beginning of last Summer.
