Located at street Diogo Botelho, the project will have 1 to 4 bedroom apartments, spread across 15 floors, with GLAs between 152 and 613 sqm and with balconies with more than 200 sqm per floor.
The project was designed by architecture firm OODA and marketed by Predibisa. «At Miramar Tower every detail stands out for its difference and reinforces the feeling of inhabiting a true «Skybound high life», with a perfect visual landscape, where nature and sophistication come together» guaranteed the developer.
Diogo Brito, partner at OODA, remarked that «within a tower strongly directed towards aesthetic, it is these panoramic and dynamic verandas which create both the theme and the concept, as the opportunity for a plastic and sculpture design was conceived completely in concrete. We wished for something potentially unrepeatable... an inhabitable sculpture», he concluded.
More investment coming to Porto
In a release, the group, which is also Global Media’s s second largest shareholder, explained that it chose Porto «for its economic performance, but also due to the historic relation between Portugal and Macau. It is also for these reasons we intend to continue investing in this city through other iconic projects, certain that Miramar Tower will become an architectural mark and a reference amongst residential buildings», stated Kevin Ho.
«Our intention is to keep investing in Portugal, especially in Porto and as such, we expect to be able to announce another project of great significance for the city», advanced the investor, quoted by Negócios.
It should be recalled that by the end of 2019, group KNJ’s intention of investing 40 million euro to convert Jornal de Notícias’ former headquarters at rua Gonçalo Cristovão, in Porto, into a 213 room Marriott hotel, became known.
