According to EjePrime, the new company’s goal is to buy, in the mid term, about 400.000 sqm of logistic assets in Spain, «a country which presents very positive indicators for logistic investment, with a great demand and both a scarce offer of logistic products and an economy with a solid trajectory», it can be read in the release quoted by the same newspaper.
For now, three logistic development projects in Madrid (one in Ontígola and two in Torija) and another in Barcelona (in Parets del Vallès) were purchased.
These 4 assets, between 20.000 and 33.000 sqm, will be developed by Pulsar Properties, Spanish company specialized in developing industrial, logistic and intermodal assets.
