The building housed the headquarters of the Segur Ibérica Group until the company entered into bankruptcy in the summer of this year. KCRE was the successful tenderer of the building after winning an auction process managed by PwC.
The building was built in 1994 and includes 3,600 m2 above ground, spread over 5 floors, and just over 2,000 m2 below ground, with 39 parking spaces. “This building is very flexible, it would be ideal as the headquarters of a company that seeks a central location at a competitive rent, as a co-working space in the south of Madrid very close to the AVE station, or also as a building of mixed use that offers the possibility of execute last mile logistics, due to the dock that has at street level”, says Pelayo Primo de Rivera, CEO of KCRE.
KCRE has been advised by Araoz y Rueda on legal issues and by Mace for the technical part. The operation of Juan de Mariana 15 is the fourth real estate operation carried out by KCRE in 2017.
