The fund has been present in the Spanish market for 3 years, investing in assets such as supermarkets, hypermarkets and shopping centres and now intends to invest in street commerce, besides looking for opportunities in the logisitic and housing markets.
At the same time, tbe fund wants enter the Portuguese and Italian markets through its Spanish branch. Quoted by EjePrime, the group admits to «carefully observing» these markets and that «some opportunities have come up».
In Spain, the Israeli fund has a portfolio estimated at 300 million euro. And it doesn’t want to divest soon: «we have a vocation for permanence. We have been in the Spanish market for 3 years and it is not our goal to leave, quite the contrary», explains the company to the Spanish newspaper.
