With this integration, Colliers International - with a turnover of $2,700 million, offices in 69 countries and more than 15,000 professionals around the world - strengthens its operations in Spain to create a leading group in value-added advisory services in the real estate and hotel sectors, under a single partnership model. Mikel Echavarren, partner and founder of IREA, will be the CEO of Colliers International in Spain. The management team will be integrated by Ignacio M. Iturriaga, Joan García and Álvaro Alonso as heads of corporate finance; Neil Livingstone and Antonio Pan de Soraluce will be head of capital markets and Miguel Vázquez and Laura Hernando will lead the services specialized in hotels.
After the integration, Colliers International will have a team of more than 100 professionals and offices in Madrid and Barcelona. It will provide financial and strategic advisory services, capital markets, consulting and valuation, workplace solutions and project management.
