This project is located within the Can Salvatella de Barberà del Vallès complex, in Barcelona’s first metropolitan logistic ring, «where the logistic segment remains in high demand», according to the consultant.
This is, according to Savills NA, an area which «remains the most interesting for logistic companies working with textile, food and automation sectors in need of expanding their logistic activities».
Savills’ latest data shows that the Catalan logistic market closed the third quarter with a level of contracting of 120.000 sqm, having had contracted, since the start of the year, a total 324.000 sqm in 52 operations.
