The office segment in particular, which placed 136.008 sqm on the market until September, should continue registering the entry of international companies and the need for expansion and moving premises from companies whose activities are growing. The lack of offer will remain a constant and «an obstacle to maintaining the market’s dynamics».
The retail segment should also remain active, having registered around 160 new openings in the city of Lisbon alone, according to Worx. The logistic segment on the other hand is feeling «signs of turning, albeit slight».
