The office building – which had been on the market since May – has 5.626 sqm, which were up until now occupied by the Jefatura Provincial de Tráfico (Provincial Traffic Authority) and should be converted for residential use. According to daily newspaper Eje Prime, which reported the news, the conversion should be carried out by Grupo Barba.
Consultant Cushman&Wakefield was also involved in this operation, according to the same daily newspaper.
Currently, REIT Jaba – which was created in 2014 – has a 6 office building portfolio, divided between Madrid and Barcelona estimated at 56 million euro.
