These are three of the four spaces Inveriplus had acquired in April: one of them located at number 1 Alberto Aguilera, another at the Las Rosas shopping centre and, the last one located at Pozuelo de Alarcón, advances Spanish economic and sports daily newspaper Palco23. The sale of the fourth asset is still open.
The three assets have a total combined area of 9.500 sqm and should be repositioned within the next few months. The same newspaper advances that in the case of the gyms at Alberto Aguilera and Las Rosas it will only be necessary to acquire new resources and reformulate their image. The one located at Pozuelo should undergo a full refurbishment which means it will probably only open at the beginning of next year.
In this operation – which also includes the interventions within the assets –, Fitup expects to spend a total 3.2 million euro
