This office building is part of this park with 28,000 m2 of office area and 400 parking spaces in the Paseo de la Virgen del Puerto 55 area, next to Google's campus, the Royal Palace or the Mahou-Calderón urban area. The operation was accompanied by Savills Aguirre Newman, according to the Spanish Real Estate.
The business park will be certified Breeam Very Good, and is expected to be completed by the end of next year.
