The asset has a 7.600 sqm commercial area, 84 parking spots and a 1.800 sqm office building.
This transaction is included in the agreement the group reached last August. Number 20 at Gran Vía de Bilbao and number 41 at Princesa street, in Madrid are examples of other assets also bought from El Corte Inglés, for a total of 184 million euro.
Besides these assets, Inbest also manages 15.000 sqm at Edificio España. During the one year of its existence, Inbest gathered a portfolio of more than 350 million euro in terms of investment: «it thus consolidates its added value investment strategy with a double goal, the creation of flagships for the main national and international operators and generating urban hubs to meet those operators’ last mile logistic needs», it can be read in a release.
