The fund specializing in asset management has reached an agreement with Inmobiliaria Armuco for this purchase, a 45% company owned by Eroski. 5 of the supermarkets belonged to Armuco and one to Eroski.
This agreement includes a lease for the next 21 years.
According to EjePrime, the operation was advised by Savills Aguirre Newman and Eversheds Nicea, representing the British fund, and by C&W representing Eroski.
