According to El Confidencial, these are land located in one of the most profitable areas of the Spanish capital, next to the racetrack of La Zarzuela, where most of the housing doesn’t has prices below €1 million.
The land is divided into 19 plots, with areas between 500 and 750 m2, previously owned by Jardines del Hipódromo, a company of Inmobiliaria Monteverde, which was declared insolvent in 2011. It has been handed over to Blackstone in 2016.
In Aravaca, the Ibosa Group has already purchased land from Blackstone, where it will build 8 luxury houses of 700 m2 in lots of 1,000 m2. It has also agreed with another owner to purchase a plot in Valdemarín for the construction of another 10 residential units, a total of about 24,000 m2 between these 3 operations.
