The 22.000 sqm parcel is called RC2 and has the capacity to hold up to 220 new dwellings, revealed El Confidencial this Thursday.
Grupo Ibosa debuted in this operation in October with the purchase of RC1 from Mahou, also for 70 million euro, the terrain has the capacity to hold 200 dwellings in an 18.266 sqm area and commercial areas in a 3.741 sqm area.
