The conference, which will take place at the Hotel Villa Magna in Madrid, happens at a time when real estate is one of the favorite sectors for investors around the world. The REITs or SOCIMIs vehicles, in Spain, are considered the best alternative to invest with safety and liquidity guarantee. It is important to know better the experience of experts in Europe, taking into account their potential in the Spanish market, providing a retrospective on the dynamics of it in recent years. This event will be an opportunity for this, with the participation of large Spanish SOCIMIs such as Merlin Properties, Hispania, Colonial and Lar Spain.
