Iberdrola, its owner until now, placed BNP Paribas Real Estate in charge of advising the deal, according to newspaper Eje Prime.
This 22.899 sqm 21 floor office building is located next to the sidewalk of Barcelona’s zona franca.
There are several companies currently occupying the building, besides Iberdrola, Cepsa, Ferrovial, Marmedesa, Mémora and Asus also have offices in it. According to the same newspaper, the occupancy rate of the building is close to 100%.
