BcnFira District business park
The company has already started marketing skyscrapers Torre Llevant and Torre Ponent, which represent the second and last stage of this 48.000 sqm project. Iberdola Inmobiliaria charged Savills Aguirre Newman and Cushman & Wakefield with this new stage under a co-exclusive regime. Iberdrola maintains the delivery date to 2021.
One of the first contracts for Torre Llevante has already been sealed. Cellnex Telecom reached a pre-lease agreement for 10.000 sqm of the building, where it should install its offices until the end of 2021.
This is a business park constituted by four newly constructed buildings with a total combined area of 91.100 sqm, which offers services such as 4* Hotel, parking, 24h security, restaurants, gym, charging stations for electrical vehicles. It should be noted that sustainability criteria were taken into account during the development of the BcnFira District which is currently certified by BREEAM and is expecting to raise its level of excellence in that field.
This business park has now become a new business area within the South of Barcelona, thanks to the full occupation of Torre Esteve and Torre Auditori concluded in 2017 and 2013, respectively.

Besides the BcnFira District, the company also continues constructing the A2Plaza complex in Madrid, with 50.000 sqm, which includes two buildings and is expected to finish construction works after the Summer.
Iberdrola Inmobiliaria has more than 3.5 million sqm available to develop housing – first and second homes – and tertiary projects, from offices to shopping centres and industrial warehouses.
