Torre Auditori, which is part of the BCN Fira District business park, was built in 2013 by architect Oscar Tusquets. It has 21 floors and 22.899 sqm, besides 263 parking spaces destined for cars and 94 destined for motorcycles.
Currently, the building is almost totally rented (98%). Besides the Iberdola group, there are other companies occupying the space. Cepsa, Ferrovial, Marmedesa, Mémora and Asus are a few examples. The renting of this building alone generates €4.3 million liquid per year.
In the future, Iberdrola Inmobiliaria expects to open its two new office buildings in Madrid, which are integrated in A2 Plaza project.
