Some projects are in an advanced stage or in the marketing stage, such as El Cañaveral, Torrejón de Ardoz, Móstoles and Pinto in Madrid, and others in Santander and Murcia, to which can be added another luxury unit in la calle Regne de València (in the Valencia capital) and exclusive villas in Mexico, with a development in el Estado de Sonora, on the Pacific coast, as published in Cinco Días.
In a second phase, chalets are being developed in Benicàssim (Castellón), Marbella and Casares (Málaga), Almuñecar (Granada) and in the zone of El Sadar (Pamplona) and in Salamanca at the end of 2017 or the beginning of 2018.
Also of note in this new investment in housing can be included the recent purchase of the Spanish property Vía Célere, not very active during the crisis, by the Värde fund, which will join its recent Dospuntos.
