Iberdrola Inmobiliaria has signed an office rental contract in the 03 Plaza building, in Madrid, with the outsourcing services company ISGF. The new tenant will occupy an area of 1.355 sqm on the third floor of the property.
For this operation, the company has been advised by Savills Aguirre Newman. The property, located north of Madrid, in front of Cardenal Herrera Oria avenue (Fuencarral district), is part of a business complex made up of four buildings with garden areas. The asset, which has terraces and an auditorium, has recently been refurbished, making it ideal for corporate headquarters of companies.
O3 Plaza has an area of 5.690 sqm of offices, which is distributed over five floors, with spaces ranging from 581 sqm to 1.355 sqm per floor.
