This hotel features several facilities, such as a gym, lounge, restaurant, meeting rooms and a business centre.
According to the newspaper’s calculations, this is one of the largest transactions to take place in Barcelona last year. The largest transaction in this rank was the purchase of the Primark at Plaça Cataluya 23, by REIT Zambal for 167 million euro from a group of investors. This is only one of the operations which were carried out in Barcelona for more than 100 million euro.
According to data from CBRE, the volume of investment in Barcelona last year reached 2.816 million euro, 44% more than the previous year.
