The Portuguese newspaper ECO advanced this Wednesday that the credits manager Finsolutia was the seller of the hotel.
This operation was accompanied by Worx, representing the investor. According to the consultant, this was the largest hotel investment operation in the Algarve during this year’s final quarter, and it is proof of «the great activity within the hotel segment, in particular in the Algarve area», it can be read in a release.
The Pestana Delfim Hotel has 240 double rooms, 59 family rooms and 13 suites, besides restaurant, bars, meeting rooms and an event hall. It was until now owned by a real estate fund managed by a Portuguese company.
