The 4-star hotel is located at number 21 Avenida de la Constitución in the city of Granada. It has 136 rooms, food areas and areas for events. The hotel is currently managed by international hotel chain ABBA.
Servihabitat was advised in this operation by Catella, a consultant which considers this operation a good example of how the hotel market in Spanish remains dynamic. Javier Bravo, in charge of hotels at Catella, highlighted in a release that «this type of operations reflects the continuous activity within our country’s hotel trading market».
The fact is that around 700 million euro were traded in the hotel segment during the first semester alone, a 52% increase y-o-y.
Carlos López, partner at Catella, goes even further and expands the appetite for investment to all real estate segments: «despite the current global uncertainty caused by the Covid-19 crisis, the Spanish real estate segment continues to attract national and international investors».
