Closed for €26.6 million, the deal involved the sale of the entire share in the company Eco Resort San Blas, which owns the five-star with 331 rooms.
The information was confirmed by sources of the seller to the portal EjePrime, which also mentions that the operation was materialized using equity and loans within the group. According to Hispania, the purchase value of the Eco Resort has been calculated based on the evaluation of the Sandos San Blas Hotel held by CBRE last June and the company's net debt.
This was one of the first transactions completed by socimi since it began quoting on the MAB - Mercado Alternativo Bursátil, in July.
