To date, the hotel was owned by IFA Hotel & Touristik group. Lopesan will continue to manage the unit under its new brand Abora by Lopesan Hotels.
According to the Spanish Real Estate, the unit has 240 rooms and last year registered an average occupancy of 90%. It will now be fully renewed by HI Partners into a resort.
