The assets were acquired from Baugestión, a group now integrated into La Saleta Care. It will continue to be a tenant of the same residences in the next 25 years. The three residences have a total surface of 22,000 m2.
The Healthcare Activos fund, under the management of Jorge Guarner, its founder, and Oaktree, started activity in 2016. Since then, it has reached €102 million in investment, according to EjePrime.
