It currently has around 20.800 assets (78% dwellings and 22% tertiary assets), which are estimated at 2.000 million euro, as revealed by Eje Prime this Wednesday.
These buildings are spread out across Spain, in regions such as Castilla-LaMancha, Valencia, Catalonia and Madrid. Amongst its main tenants are financial institutions, real estate investors and insurance companies.
The same end of year results also showed that Haya had a record increase in revenue of about 13%, reaching 4.794 million euro, it can be read in the release issued by the company. It also increased the number of assets under its management with a portfolio estimated at 40.000 million euro at the end of 2018.
«In 2019, we will focus on ensuring the renewal of our contract with Sareb, the successful incorporation of the portfolios we acquired from Cerberus, keep strengthening our long-term business and, above all, maintain the excellence of service towards our current clients», explains Carlos Abad, Haya Real Estate’s CEO, in the release.
In the same document, Haya reveals it will manage Apple’s portfolio in 2019. This portfolio is estimated at 2.200 million euro and will be owned by the joint venture between Cerberus and Banco Santander.
