The new houses will be developed in terrains the company acquired recently and which have a total combined area of 13.200 sqm. And they might start being marketed in this year’s second semester, according to Eje Prime.
This investment fits the company’s strategy, which plans to invest 500 million euro until 2021, in order to hand in 2.000 dwellings per year.
