Real estate company Habitat started this project with the purchase of a 11.000 sqm terrain for €10 million, located at Óscar Arias Sánchez street in the city of Alhaurín de las Torre in Spain. This is, according to a release from Habitat, a privileged location with good accessibilities and commercial and leisure areas.
This is not Habitat’s first investment in the Spanish province. In 2018 alone, the company acquired several terrains in the region, whose total combined surfaces reach 49.000 sqm.
«Malaga is a very attractive location for new developments and is on great demand, both nationally and internationally. This province is one of the main locations for us to intervene», comments Eduardo Carreño, General Business Manager for Habitat Inmobiliaria, about his new investment in Malaga.
These acquisitions fit the company’s new strategic plan which contemplates investing €500 million to sell more than 2.000 villas until 2021.
