This operation was announced last week by CBRE which advised it. The 1.937 sqm urban terrain has a 10.108 sqm maximum buildable area, of which 9.719 sqm are for residential use (spread across a maximum of 98 dwellings) and 389 sqm for commercial use.
The terrain is located next to the La Térmica development, although within the limits of El Pato, so called in Malaga’s PGOU (Land-use plan). It is located in the waterfront and only ten minutes away, by car, from Malaga’s city centre. Studio Asenjo y Asociados is in charge of the project.
For Samuel Población, National Director for Housing and Terrains at CBRE España, «this is a very relevant operation for Malaga’s housing segment and shows the segment’s robustness and that of the country’s main developers».
Ramiro Moreno, housing and terrain director for Andalusia, added: «Even in an uncertain situation, Malaga continues to generate interest amongst the housing segment’s national and international investors. Malaga’s Western area is an example of how to revitalize areas and build a city».
