The residential complex will be built on a 3.100 sqm terrain recently acquired by Habitat. Bomber Ramó Duart street will be the home of the 96 new families who will one day live in the two buildings from the Habitat Residencial Atrium. It will also be the address of at least 20 companies which will occupy its offices. Gardens, pools and playgrounds are some of the leisure areas available to the future tenants, mentions Eje Prime.
This is Habitat’s eighth project in Valencia and it is also the third investment the company announces this month. One of them is being developed in Malaga, where the company plans to invest 10 million euro to build 40 villas. The other is in the Castellón, municipality where it plans to build 88 dwellings, investing 14 million euro, according to a report from last week.
This investment, like the others, is part of the company’s strategy for 2021, which envisions a 500 million euro investment for 2.000 key in hand dwellings per year.
At the moment, Habitat has 39 housing projects under way, which together represent more than 3.900 dwellings, according to the same newspaper.
